I don't think this is the same version as what I am playing with (the files in 
the archive have 5-1-01 dates).  However, I'd still like to know what version 
your driver reports itself 
as at boot time?  Either a /V is needed after the BASEDEV statement or you need 
to hunt around the file with a hex editor.  I'd like to know which one you're 
having good luck with.

I agree with using what works - see my other e-mail about the kind of quirks I 
was 
experiencing.  I think your 2940U is very much like my 2920C except maybe for 
the supplied connector complement.  The version that reports itself as 2.3 is 
what works for me (so far).
