Yep, this is basically the only way that will work in real life anytime
you have a system that required remote diagnosis. Unfortunately a lot of
ISV's don't understand this and they end up with unsolvable problems. The
folks at CDS are an example of this. If they had better logging in their
driver code, they would be much closer to have 100% satisfied customers.
