That says you are using the most recent version of the 16-bit TCP/IP
stack. This whould work. Sandy, like many others, is using the 32-bit
TCP/IP stack with the 16-bit applications.
You need to do the same tests as Sandy. Based on what fixed the problems
on his desktop, you probably need to install the UN_0980 updates.
