OK, this says you have only 1 NIC and it's configured for TCP/IP and
NetBIOS only and you are configured for DHCP. It this what you expected?
Are you getting a lease from the router? I can't see it in the trace.
Probably because it has already happened when mptstart.cmd ran from
config.sys.
What you might try is attempt a print with iptrace running. I might be
able to see something.
