Dunno. The settings look fine. Perhaps the printer object is corrupted.
Try shredding it and creating a new one. Another option would be to start
lprmon and test the connection with lpr. These do from the command line
what lprportd does from printer objects. Use tcphelp to lookup the
parameters.
