FWIW, you should be able to delete the Temporary desktops will any effect
on the system. These are the created when the WPS dies trying to load
your production Desktop. There's probably a correlation between the
create dates of these Desktops and when you hauled out your backups.
Unless you only posted a partial list, it does appear that you finally
have your Desktop pretty well stabilized.
