What I'm seeing is a defect too, and a serious one. It turns out this
is much more fundamental than use of my DOS word-proc. app.: just
launching a fullscreen DOS session (without any app.) triggers the
Trap E. The first session I launch is free, and I can get back to
the desktop after closing it. The 2nd. attempt to open a DOS f/s
session is always fatal. Address info of the Trap is consistent.
I'm pretty sure this did not happen with the standard edition of SDD,
but will know shortly. In any case, it's probably back to the Matrox
drivers for me.
