Content is much more important than size:

OS2 .INI 3,038,375 ras. 7-15-02 8:48:00
OS2SYS .INI 317,264 ras. 7-13-02 10:13:08

Peter, your OS2SYS.INI appears to be much larger than is typical. You
might want to investigate why.
