Hi Svobi,
First question: How did you fix the blank screen problem? Did you have
to restore your INI files? Could you reboot okay or did a reboot also
give you a blank screen?
With UniMaint, are you using version 5.10.25 or are you using an earlier
version? The earlier versions were buggy when you did more than one
Repair run without restarting the program -- not all of the internal
program variables were reinitialized properly for the subsequent runs.
If you have an earlier version you can do _one_ Repair run but you then
need to restart the program.
With CheckIni, try making just a few changes and then exit the program
and either reset the WPS or reboot to verify that your INI files are
still okay. And always save the CheckIni safety copies of your OS2*.INI
files (they're named OS2*SV.INI) -- I rename them and add their
date-time stamps ("OS2SV.INI-20020720-0256").
