Haven't checked the Lexmark site for availability, but there is a (no longer in
development) version of MarkVision for OS/2. I got mine when I purchased a
Lexmark E312 about a year ago. According to the readme for the OS/2 version,
Lexmark is no longer developing the facility, but it will keep it updated to
handle new printers as they are introduced.
If you have a Lexmark printer, check the CD-ROM that came with it. FWIW, the
version number on my software is 4.83.
