I can't imagine you will ever need to swap given your usage patterns, so I
would use the minimum:

SWAPPATH=C:\SWAP 2048 2048

Some folks suggest running:

MEMMAN=NOSWAP,PROTECT

but I prefer the safety of a swap file in case I decide to do something
that really pushes memory utilization.
