As a suggestion, I use the port of the Unix "LESS" utility for paging in OS/2.
It's a much better paging utility than "MORE". I only use 1/10th of its
capabilities but its worth it since it allows to move both back and forth, do
find/pattern matching and lots of other things. It won't have one executable
for both DOS and OS/2 as OS/2's "MORE" does but I think there is a DOS version
around somewhere. Here is just the first page of the help screen (probably best
viewed in a monospace font) accessible by typing the letter 'h' while in "LESS".
Otherwise, use it as you would "MORE" (i.e. "type filename.txt | less").

SUMMARY OF LESS COMMANDS

Commands marked with * may be preceded by a number, N.
Notes in parentheses indicate the behavior if N is given.

h H Display this help.
q :q Q :Q ZZ Exit.

F Forward forever; like "tail -f".
r ^R ^L Repaint screen.
R Repaint screen, discarding buffered input.
