Yes, I did RSU sucessfully before ...  
... that why I wanted, since there is no more WarpUP CD-ROM,   
update to latest FP16.  
 
Comparing to the process of QF I find RSU much better and   
in more secure in the case of error(s).

I my case the problems haven't been on my system ...  
... but how do I notice and realize it ?  
 
With Steve's suggestion to keep on RSU I did retry and it worked  
properly ;-)  
Once again: I do not know how and why since my system was  
unchanged !!!  
 
If you have an experimental environment: I suggest you test & try  
RSU !
