with Google and searching for "CWOS2311" you will get some
interesting
information and the URL to, see below HCMotin's message, Hobbes !

I could not remember where exactly this file comes from IBM ...
... but believe it was related with their new Thinkpad series !?

I was not able to find the 3.11 version drivers on the IBM site.
However, I did an Internet search for "CS4280" and "OS/2". That
lead me
to the Hobbes site. You will find the 3.11 version driver on
Hobbes by
using the "CS4280" search word on that site.
