That's true. Theseus is more oriented towards memory utilization.

I don't know CAD. I'm not sure if PC will show processor affinity. You
might try Trevor's CPU monitor (cpumn115.zip at Hobbes). It might show
enough detail. There's also PMPatrol.
You may need to do a process dump to get this info. Be aware that if a
process has multiple threads, each can be running on a separate processor.
