Yes: start "WarpLog" /PM /MIN g:\tools\warplog\warplog.exe
With or without the /PM, it comes up as a window covering about half of
the screen. When I minimize it after starting it from a command line as
above, it appears as an icon at the bottom of the screen. If I start it
from the program object in the Startup folder, it gets hidden when I
minimize it.
