Forgot to mention this. Their Tech. Support did some kind of
diagnostic trace on my DSL (the IP address ?), while asking if I
could reach websites. I reached a few sites instantly. They
said I was showing 100 % packet loss, and wondered how I could
still have such good response.
Isn't that sort of like someone noting that you have no pulse or
respiration, so how is it you're still able to go about your
daily activities ?
Or are these Tech. Support people just total Bozos ?
