Boot from a set of utility diskettes and do the copy when Warp does not
have the files in use.

It couldn't hurt to do a chkdsk then too. Make sure the utility diskettes
have recent version of chkdsk and uhpfs.dll.

BTW, what FP level is the box at?

You could run dfsunfd and let me have a look at the output. You will need
to do this with the most recent version of dfsee.
