I would describe them as solid and reliable. I've had a very small fraction of the
Mail & Net access problems with them that I've had with Pac Bell. Their Tech.
Support is above average -- not that you are likely to need it. They are not just
national, but have also made inroads into a number of foreign territories. And
I'm not aware of another ISP that has an account suspend & resume feature,
which is great for people who go away for periods of time, where access to one's
account is problemmatical. I have only used them for dial-up service though.
