Hi Steven
Notes has an INI file and I just compared the current one with
the last manually copy of some important files:
They look identically !
Regarding the log:
I am sorry that I am unable to find and view any logs and its
information
but assume that the behavior of notes is normally ...
... it does not find a file and does give an error popup !
I assume such errors are not logged !?
I believe that something in the systems associations is not
proper anymore. I am unable to identify better ;-((
Thanks and regards,
svobi

Well, that says Notes is getting the setting from someplace else.

Does Notes provide any error logging. It would be helpful to
know what
file it is complaining about. Does Notes have the equivalent of
a MIME
types file that tells it what to launch for a particular MIME
type?
