>That's the wrong driver for a 3c589, you need:

> elpc3 .os2 30,237 .... 10-27-96 19:42:32
That is exactly what I have.

> elpc3os2 .nif 1,615 .... 10-27-96 13:11:00
That reads 1,634 .... 8-27-98

3COM Megahertz 10 mbps PC Card OS/2

IIRC my Thinkpad 600E is slower than that.

>[elpc3os2_nif]

> DriverName = ELPC3$

That is exactly what I have.

>You will know the card works when it shows up correctly in the Card
>Director status displays.

Card Director shows:
CARD -- LAN
Status -- Ready

(irq = 11).

The green LED on the card does illuminate under Windows. And under Windows
is runs under IRQ 7.

Is there a way I can force the IRQ from 11 to 7 just to see?
Anything else I can try?
The green LED on the hub is lit, but I have no access to the internet, nor
does DHCP start work.

Thanks,
Sandy
