I have a U. S. Robotics 56k fax/data (no voice) modem on Comm3 (at least
that is the comm line in-joy uses).

Will someone please tell me the Modem Page and Modem Type Page settings
for PMFaxLite (or PMFax since I assume they would be the same)?
