I believe that this is just a file association problem. Probably your  
installation of these various browsers changed your previous association  
of *.htm and *.html files from Netscape to these browsers. You have  
Association Editor don't you? Open the editor and change the  
associations back to Netscape. You probably will have to change both  
associations both by file type and file filter.
