You definitely have something odd going on. As you might guess, I am
using some flavor of 1.2b, as are many others:
Mozilla/5.0 (OS/2; U; Warp 4.5; en-US; rv:1.2b) Gecko/20021017
You are the first I've heard to report this problem, so I doubt it's a
Mozilla bug. If it was, it would be pretty much a show-stopper from many.
What it might be is a configuration problem. What you should do is create
a new profile and try Google using the new profile. This will give us
some idea of what to do next.
