Change is easier than delete and add, but as long as you restore the
deleted protocols, it's not a problem.

>said "Megahertz 10 mbps PC Card"). That boot without errors, but when it

That's the wrong driver for a 3c589, you need:

elpc3 .os2 30,237 .... 10-27-96 19:42:32
elpc3os2 .nif 1,615 .... 10-27-96 13:11:00

Read the .nif to figure out the description that will display.

If your laptop is faster than 500 MHz, you need to apply my 3C589 patch.
It's on Hobbes.

>No, I see no /IG switch.

OK. I said if.

>Protocol.ini.

There will not be unless you point enable the card. You shouldn't need
anything more than:

[elpc3os2_nif]

DriverName = ELPC3$
MaxTransmits = 20

In the driver section. I forget why I added MaxTransmits. You might not
need it.

You will know the card works when it shows up correctly in the Card
Director status displays.
