Yes. When ZIP says there are duplicate files, put away the file
managers. Use the drives object to find the duplicates and you will see
that their objects have the same name.

ZIP will find the dups. This is an added advantage to running ZIP.

You need to delete one - or both - at the object level. This does
better at keeping your desktop straight. The trick is to know which one
to delete.

I seem to recall that the dups can also be folders.
