You are running Warp4/FP15. Actually it crashes in the keyboard driver.
You must have missed the various threads on this list and the Mr. KIA
article all of which review how to get process commander working with
current versions of Warp.

Svobi is correct that you need to uninstall PC to apply FP's. This too is
painless because Stardock documents this and provides simple command line
scripts to do the uninstall and reinstall.

Read the manual paying attention to the section that explains how to
