I tried (on Sunday afternoon) to access these channels. In fact, I tried just about every channel listed at the Webnet site, incl.
the one for current war policy or somesuch. In each case, according to Mozilla there was no topic and zero participants currently
active. Is that plausible ? I guess I was expecting some sort of explicit error message, in the event that I could not reach that
port due to my firewall. Then again, maybe that's just what one would see.
If I get the chance, I'll try again this eve., when the Help Desk Chat should be on. That should give me some better indication.
