That's because I have a lot more installed on my system than you do. I
really do have 400 files. I said what I meant, which is not always the
case with my penchant for typos and loose proofreading.

It's a broken desktop. It may or may not be your current desktop. See
the Unimaint document deledesk.txt for an explanation of how to make it go
away.
