I can't remember specifically now (next time I'll take notes), but the
document opens with large black boxes scattered thru it, and I get an
error message of some kind. Then when I print, it hangs for a long time,
and sometimes prints and sometimes crashes. I can download something again
to try if it would helpful to know more exactly what is happening.
