You have a second printer object hiding out somewhere. Normally, the
objects are all Connections -> Printer, but there's nothing that requires
them to be there.
Get a copy of prndrv.exe from:
http://www.cds-inc.com/pub/pmfax/prndrv.exe
and use it to ferret out the spurious object.
