That's odd too. The page is pretty simple.

Upgrade to 1.1?

Works fine with:

Mozilla/5.0 (OS/2; U; Warp 4.5; en-US; rv:1.1b) Gecko/20020829

A couple of things you can try:

- Delete bin\chrome\chrome.rdf.
It will get rebuilt on restart.
- Create a new profile.
This will tell you if you have any corrupted profile data.
