The change can only occur on your Windows machines and only if you install their
CDROM software. That did not happen to me. The technician did a clean install on my
wife's XP machine, using existing Windows XP software. After the technician left, I
brought it over to my OS/2 machine by:

1. Putting the router back into the LAN and configuring it with the SBC
addresses (basically, the DSL connection info now resides in the router and not in any
LAN computer)

2. Setting up another instance of Netscape on my OS/2 machine
