If you are responding to someone asking for help who
may not be a member of this list, be sure to use the
REPLY TO ALL feature of your email program.

Tom,

I have no idea what DTOC is. However, a good way to start is a search over the
Internet. Steven always recommends Google as "your friend". I recommend Profusion
or Vivisimo:

http://www.beta.profusion.com/

http://www.vivisimo.com/

Using Profusion just a few moments ago I came up with 90 hits for "DTOC". Both
Profusion and Vivisimo have the advantage that you can select all or some of the
various search engines all in one search. Also, the search booleans are unchanged
across the different search engines. If you use either one, select the "Advance Search"
link after you get to the Profusion or Vivisimo website. Then enter your search phase,
select your booleans, select which search engines you want, then do the search.
