Hello
With our change from the Cable ISP to an ADSL ISP I do have some
questions =

and would appreciate your advise and suggestions.

Our PC's plus a 3-Port-Print Server are hanging on an 8-Port-Router
with FW.
Uplinked to a Cable Modem we are connected to the WWW.
This worked well for more than 2 1/2 years ;-)

Now, changing the ISP, I have to return the Cable Modem to the ISP and =

need a new modem for ADSL / ISDN to substitute the gap to the WWW.

How and what do I need to pay attention ???

One of the received suggestions was choosing the ZyXel Prestige
650ME-i(SDN) but =

I noticed an access limitation to 4 PC's ...
=2E.. another suggestion was ZyXel Prestige 650R-i(SDN) which has not
this access limitation =

but with the 650R-i(SDN) I seem to get a second router to our
environment !?

How does this SECOND router affect our connectivity to the WWW ?
How do I set the TCPIP with these 2 routers ??
What do I need to observe to avoid problems ???

With SYNass.NET we do have our own domain and got a static IP address
from ISP !

Your hints and suggestions are very appreciated ;-)
Kind regards, svobi
