I have not heard good things about ANY with OS/2. My SanDisk readre
works great with Win2K and a USB 1.1 port/hub. My Olympus C3030 Zoom
camera also works just fine with the Olympus Camedia software under
Win2K. It is also very fast, at least comared to the time you have
mentioned. I can upload a 64MB card worth of pictures in a minute or two.

There might be some software caused problem between the 2.0 ub and a 1.1
port, but this is way beyond my expertise, such as it is. I have no idea
whether different or updated drivers are required for USB 2.0. You might
try an email to Marcus Montkowski, usbguy@netlabs.org (IIRC).
