You have several options.
You can use a sufficiently recent version of BA2K and RSJ and other than
installation and configuration, there will be little if any fiddling.
If you prefer to roll your own and use XCOPY to write the CDs, XCOPY will
lose the EAs. You will need to get EABACKUP (probably from Hobbes) and
use it to dump the EAs to file which can be copied to the CD. Will will
also want to set up scripts and procedures so you can actually use the
backups to restore the files and reattach the EAs, if needed.
