It depends on the file and the warning. If the warning is that the backed up file did not
compare 100% to the same file during the compare routine, there could be several
legitimate reasons for that. For example, a file can change between the backup and
the compare operation (the OS2.INI file, for example). If there is a legitimate reason for
the compare difference, then there is no need to do anything else. On the other hand,m
maybe you cannot find a legitimate reason for the difference. However, if the file is
relatively unimportant, there's little need to do anything.
If it was an error message after the backup but before any file compare, again is it an
important file? If not, don't do anything. But in this case I would find out from CDS why
you got the warning and what the fix is.
