Content Type: text/plain

Using this OS/2 dialer I cannot authenticate and the dialer hangs up.
Also for some reason it (replicably) takes 65 seconds to negotiate
line characteristics.

My resolv file is

domain ibm.net
nameserver 165.87.194.244
nameserver 165.87.201.244
