This is sort of a "what's the meaning of life" kind of question.
What you see if how PostScript and TrueType fonts are handled. The pfm
contains the font glyphs. The pfb contains some additional
characteristics that the OS/2 font drivers use.
The ttf contains the TrueType font glyphs. The fot files is used by WinXX
to keep track of where the font files live. They could be on CD.
The ini file entries are a catalog of all the fonts you have installed
with a pointer ot the font file.
