It's definitely doable, although I think there are simplier ways to got
about getting the data. You might consider using REXX to issue the HTTP
GET request and parsing the response.

The 123 online help has examples of DDE client code. DDE is pretty
straight forward. You open a connection to the server, send requests and
ask for responses. Just search for DDE in the help.
I'm pretty sure the Mozilla implements the Netscape DDE interface. This
is documented on the Netscape developers web site. You'll need this to
know for command forms to send from 123 or whatever you chose to be the
DDE client.
