Who now supports PMFax? My last note says CDS but when I go to
<http://cds-inc.com> I get "Access forbidden"
The problem is I cannot transmit more than a few lines of a fax
from my TP600X running eCS 1.0 with my IBM 5560 modem, which always
used to work on the 600E.
Executing PMFAX.EXE -V I create a log which indeed reports that
modem handshake and fax machine handshake proceed OK, but then
the transmission falls over with the following error:
"12/25 21:25:05.55 [2] data write error rc 0, w 2869, r 2115"
I don't know enough about PMFax s/w to decode how the write
error is occurring.
Advice welcome on decoding and fixing above error, and also on what
ever happened to PMFax.
Happy holidays to all.
Jeffrey Race
