I just tried it--partially. I have WIN32 support on my primary machine.
It has WIN files on FAT16 and FAT32 partitions. OS/2 can read long
directory and file names on the FAT32 but not the FAT16.
Across the net is a box running W98 and has files on FAT16 only. OS/2
from the primary machine cannot read those names. My guess is that if
the partition was FAT32 they would be readable.
Will cost you one line in config.sys to find out.
IFS=E:\OS2\FAT32.IFS /EAS /CACHE:2048
