I didn't get far enough to need the userid/password. The page draw hangs
before I even got to that point.

The problem is twofold. Netscape is old and does not do XML all that
well. The site claims to be XML, but is badly formed. Go to:

<http://validator.w3.org/>

and plug in the site URL. Then point your webmaster at the results and
ask him/her to fix the coding. That might be enough to allow NS to work.

I don't even get that far. The login page does not render here.
