Well, that explain the source of the error. The plugin is trying to start
Java 1.3.1. What else would you expect to happen?

I recommend you use the Feature Install object and delete the Java 1.0.2
installation. It's pretty obsolete. I would keep the v1.1.8 install.
There are some apps that will not run under v1.3.1.

This is correct. All this says is the plugin is installed.
If you want to use Java 1.3.1, it needs to be installed. :-)
