As you know eCS has a different look and feel than classic Warp. This is
done at install time by replacing the resources used to draw these items.
Sometimes the resources are in the EXE. Sometimes they are in another DLL
that's shared by multiple applications.
This replacement fails at times for unknown reasons and the fix is to
reapply the resource updates. I forget the exact procedure for this which
I why I suggested you ask on the eCS newsgroup.
