eCS replaces the default resources to provide the new look and feel. I
suspect there's something wrong with the e.exe resources. Usually the fix
to reapply the resource updates. You check on the eCS support newsgroups
to find if any one else has seen this problem. It's not one I recall.
Have you tried copying e.exe from your other eCS installation?
