Click on the Mail and Newsgroups "+" sign
Select "Identity"
In the E-mail box, I frequently put "marka@relayREMOVEMEpoint.net" Put
your name in the name box, if you wish
Select OK.

Mozilla

Window/Mail and Newsgroups
Edit/Mail and Newsgroup Accouint Settings, while the news server you want
is selected On the right of the box that comes up, you'll see a place to
put your name and E-mail address in.

I fill in my name, and in the E-mail box, I put in my munged e-mail
address as above.

Select OK
