This sure look like an install directory rather than a work directory. I
would expect you to be running os2setup from somewhere like:
\tmp\work
What directory are you planning on installing GS to?

This is not to informative. Basically it says the code got really lost
and tried to jump to location 0. It usually some form of data corruption
or some sort of unexpected input that will cause this.
