OK, you have Peer installed, sort of.

Sorry about the WiseManager reference. I had a brain cramp and translated
XWP into eCS then to add to the confusion I called WiseMachine
WiseManager, something I've done before. The products are related, but it
is WiseMachine that ships with eCS.

FWIW, given the number of different versions of OS/2 out there, it's
probably a good idea for anyone requesting assistance to automatically
state what version they are running.

Anyway, the reason you don't have the Peer objects is the same for Warp4
and eCS. It's an installer defect. If you don't install Peer with the
default domain and userid/password, it tends to install the wrong objects.
Instead of Peer objects you get LAN Requester objects. You can change the
domain and userid after Peer is installed. There's a Mr. KIA article that
covers this. With Warp4/FP15, you are going to have to reinstall Peer to
recover from this problem. You should also install the Peer fixes. The
best guide to what installs with what is:

http://www.warpupdates.mynetcologne.de/english/site_contents.html

Once you get your setup up and running, you should install Peer Fix
IP08414 and any prerequisites.

According to your IBMLAN.INI, you are set up to use NETBEUI. A default XP
installation requires TCPBEUI. Did you install NetBEUI on XP? One of the
better guides for setting up Peer to coexists with WinXX boxes is:

http://www.mit.edu:8001/activities/os2/peer/WARPPEER.HTM

I guess I need to see a copy of protocol.ini too.

Steven
